Spring is just around the corner (touch wood), and so to encourage some warmer weather, today's outfit is all kinds of colourful. When it comes to pastels, I can't say no. If something ever so slightly 'candy-coloured' looks at me from the hanger, it's quickly picked up and placed fondly under my arm. So hey, it wasn't surprising that when I reached into my wardrobe this morning, three pretty pastel pieces jumped off the rail and formed this merry combination. When Spring does come, rest assured I'll be looking like something out of My Little Pony.

This Mint Swing Coat from Topshop was on my wish list as soon as it landed online. I love swing coats and this one, for me, is just the perfect shape, and length. The fresh and flirty colour oozes Spring, however the textured material also has a cream thread running through it, which makes the mint slightly softer on the eye. Not only does it look great with skirts, but it's so easy to throw on with a pair of trousers, to look effortlessly on trend with a splash of colour. I also seem to be wearing everything and anything with a collar at the moment, so on goes my staple cream shirt, with this gorgeous lilac knit from Zara over the top. Warm, and super chic. Lastly, this incredible jacquard pink skirt ensure's that this is an outfit which is completely girly - if it wasn't enough already. I absolutely love the shape, which is something I wouldn't usually beeline for, but actually I think it's really flattering. Finally, my trusty 'barely there' heeled sandals from River Island, keep the feel of the look really clean.
As part of Access All ASOS, the occasion often comes around to take part in an invite or challenge. This week, the opportunity has arisen to take a little overseas trip, so to tie in my candy coloured couture with the invite, I've featured the equally vibrant Lucky Charms. Ahh, the luck of the Irish.
